Get In Touch
Get in touch with me through text or email to set up a call. We will discuss your fitness goals in great detail.
Initial Session
During the first session, we will create an in-depth strategy on how you will reach your goals. This will include workouts, nutrition, and accountability.
Personal Training
Once a training program is in place, we get to work! Any obstacles that will you encounter along the way, I will be there to guide you get through them.

Michael's a wonderful trainer, bringing optimism and knowledge to every session. He's got a great deal of fitness experience, he explains things very clearly and gave me some good nutritional advice as well as the formation techniques that were new to me. I couldn't be more happier with my progress, after just one month. What I really appreciated the most was him pushing me for one more rep that I didn't even know I could do.
